A great service we offer is 1 on 1 training or small group training with owner / founder Craig Mallace.  You pick the time, the location, the coach, and let us know what you want to improve on.  Technical, tactical, or fitness, or a mixture of all three.  1 hour sessions one on one with a licensed coach.
